If you are having issues with your recent purchase, we are here to help. 

Please read all sections before contacting us.



You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Item must be in the original packaging. 

Item must have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customer is responsible for send/return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non refundable. 


Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund and inspect the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days; ultimately depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanged items will be processed after return shipping payment has been received. 


Damaged/Defective Items

If the item you received doesn't match the description in the sale, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you're covered under the HDwerks defective replacement policy.

Detailed images of defects and damages are required.

Also have contact info and proof of purchase ready. 

After contact is established and the photos have been reviewed, if approved we will send you a shipping label for your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your new order immediately and have it sent out to you. 



Any item labeled with SE (Special Edition) does not qualify for any form of return or exchange. 

Any item that has obvious signs of wear or user user error damages will be sent back at buyers expense. 

Any item that has exceeded the 7 day return/exchange period is automatically void from any returns.
