Exchange/Return Policy

OVERVIEW
Thank you for shopping at HDwerks.net. If you are experiencing issues with a recent purchase, we are here to help. Please read all sections carefully before contacting us.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Item must be in the original packaging.
A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
Customer is responsible for all send and return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 2 - INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Exchanged items will be processed after return shipping payment has been received.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item you received does not match the description in the sale, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you are covered under the HDwerks defective replacement policy. To initiate a claim, you must provide detailed images of the defect or damage along with your contact information and proof of purchase. After contact is established and photos have been reviewed, if approved we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your item. Once received, we will inspect it and process your replacement order immediately.

SECTION 4 - EXCLUSIONS
Any item labeled SE (Special Edition) does not qualify for any form of return or exchange.
Any item showing obvious signs of wear or user-caused damage will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Any item that has exceeded the 7-day return/exchange window is automatically ineligible for return or exchange.
